Hardware Service Agreements

Hardware service agreements allow you to budget your repair costs.  They come with an annual preventive maintenance (PM) that is scheduled at your convenience.  The agreement covers consumables replaced during the PM plus any repairs that may occur during the agreement period.  And, of course, labor and travel are included as well.

 On-Site Service

All on-site services can be delivered on a Time and Materials (T&M) basis with a Minimum Charge that includes travel and 2 hours labor.  For services that go past 2 hours, an additional hourly rate will be charged.

Bench Repair

We will provide you with an estimate of the repair.  Once the instrument/module is received, our policy is to inform you of the cost of repair before proceeding.
