Bench repair labor rate is $120 per hour.

OVS Bench Repair handles all 1050/1100/1200 instruments and 7673 GC ALS modules.  Yes, most 7673 parts are still available.  Our policy is to inform you of the cost before proceeding.  For the occasional 7673A part that is no longer available, we can offer low cost replacement modules.  Turnaround time for bench repair is generally 5 business days.

We repair the following 1090 modules:  metering pump, rotary switching valve (sets on top of metering pump), booster pump, autosampler tray.

Instruments have a way of breaking at the worst possible times.  So, if you need results quick, we have loaner instruments available at a reasonable cost while yours is being repaired.

Hardware service contracts allow you to budget your repair costs. Our contracts offer value because of the return to you. Each comes with an annual preventive maintenance that is scheduled at your convenience. The contract covers the consumables replaced during the PM plus any repairs that may occur duting the contract period. And, of course, labor and travel are covered under the contract as well.

Time and Material Rates

All onsite services can be delivered on a T&M basis with a Minimum charge that includes travel & 2 hours labor. Additional hours are charged at $195 per hour.  Phone Support $120 per hour.

Do you want your LC operators to be experts?  Do you want to minimize your downtime and reduce your repair costs?  Would you like to have multiple operators trained but can't afford to send them all to courses?

Allow OVS to design hands-on, specific onsite training for your needs. 

OVS offers onsite LC training in the following areas for 1090/1050/1100:

OVS has over 20 years of chromatography and repair service including 13 years as a service rep at HP/Agilent.  I am factory trained on all the instruments I service and offer training.
