Hardware service contracts allow you to budget your repair costs. Our contracts offer value because of the return to you. Each comes with an annual preventive maintenance that is scheduled at your convenience. The contract covers the consumables replaced during the PM plus any repairs that may occur duting the contract period. And, of course, labor and travel are covered under the contract as well.

Time and Material Rates

All onsite services can be delivered on a T&M basis with a Minimum charge that includes travel & 2 hours labor. Additional hours are charged at $195 per hour.  Phone Support $120 per hour.
