                     Service Contract

                     Hardware service contracts allow you to budget your repair costs. Our contracts
                      offer value because you get something in return.   Each comes  with an annual
                       preventive maintenance that is scheduled at your convenience.  The contract
                        covers the consumables replaced during the PM, plus any repairs that may
                       occur during the contract period. And of course, labor and travel are covered
                                                                  under the contract as well.

     
                      Time and Material Rates

                     All onsite services can be delivered on a T&M basis with a Minimum Charge that
                      includes travel & 2 hours labor. Additional hours are charged at $180/hour.
